US M1912 ENLISTED MANS PEAKED CAP

Scarce US 1912 Patt EM cap.
Olive Drab top and body,
With Circular US cap badge to the front
Brown leather peak , chinstrap & back strap.
Chinstrap held by two blackened US side buttons
Black lining band
As can be seen it’s in fair condition .
Some moth nibbles , a couple of minor holes
Nothing to really detract from the cap itself
A seldom encountered piece of US headgear
Worn through to the late 1920’s early 1930’s.
This example came from a long time WW1 US collector.
A Nice addition to any collection.
