Highly polished 11.75” double edged blade
Stamped “ELSENER SCHWYZ”
Cross Guard numbered - 764908
Underside stamped with the Swiss Cross & letter “O”
Good condition two piece wooden grips -
Held by two polished blind rivets
Highly polished steel hilt
With birds head pommel & push button catch .
Contained in its blued steel scabbard,
With bar type frog fitting & leather tab.
Some wear to the scabbard finish,
(But no splits dents or bangs )
A good honest bayonet in clean collectible condition.
